I had the pleasure of spending a sunny Saturday morning with Kenzie of Bakesbykenz in her stunning kitchen where I got to capture a few photos of her doing what she does best, making cakes!

Besides being an incredibly talented Pastry Chef, Kenzie is driven, hardworking and ORGANIZED. Any cook knows that one of the key elements to success in the kitchen is good mise en place and I can tell you, Kenzie has that down pat. Her work process is reflected in her artistry. It is clean, neat, thoughtful and beautifully detailed.
